Eric Leon Collins

Eric Leon Collins “E” passed away at his home January 29th, 2024. He was 55 years of age. 

Eric was born July 7th, 1968 to William Edward Collins Sr. and Oletha (Jacobs) Collins. 

Homegoing services will be held March 9th, 2024 at 1:00pm at Attucks Community Center with Elder Ellsworth Speight Sr. officiating.

Eric was well liked in his community, always willing to help anyone! He was a very skilled and highly recommended painter. He had an amazing sense of humor and a smile that could light up a room. Eric graduated Ponca City High School in 1986. He loved basketball, music, and his daughter Ashley Collins very much. 

He is survived by his daughter Ashley Collins and grandkids Mai -ly, Keanu, and Dream of Atlanta, Georgia, his son, and his parents William Sr. and Oletha Collins of Ponca City, OK, his only brother William Jr. and wife Cheyenne Collins of Ponca City, OK. Two nieces Demica Collins and Lilyauna Collins, and two nephews Markell Collins and William Collins III. 

Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents Fred Sr. and Onita Collins, and his uncle Fred “Snake” Collins Jr.
