Deroy Rickerd

The services celebrating the life of DeRoy Burns Rickerd, 84, of
Blackwell will be held privately at a later date.
He was born on February 23, 1935 to Roger Roland and ElReno Combs
Rickerd in Cold Springs, Oklahoma and passed from this life on
December 04, 2019 in Enid, Oklahoma
He was raised and educated in Roosevelt where he graduated from High
School in 1953. On September 10, 1955 he married Nancy Amen in
Weatherford, Oklahoma. He owned and operated Rickerd’s Plumbing
Heating and Air for over thirty-two years. Most of all he loved his
family.
He is survived by his son, Roland Rickerd, grandson, Ross Rickerd,
granddaughter Jillian Murphy, and daughter in law Kathrine Rickerd.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Nancy Rickerd.
