Faron Ray Rourk

Faron Ray Rourk of Blackwell, Oklahoma passed away peacefully at his son’s home in Winfield, Kansas the morning of September 20, 2021.

Faron is survived by his two sons Brandon Smith (Ann Heidi) of Winfield, Kansas, Shane Rourk (Melanie) of Ponca City, Oklahoma, two grandsons Braun Smith of Winfield, Kansas, and Asher Rourk of Ponca City, Oklahoma. One sister Kathy Eastman of Blackwell, Oklahoma and one brother Don Rourk (Barb) of Emporia, Kansas, and many nephews and nieces. 

Faron was an avid golfer, he also enjoyed attending and watching many sporting events including the Sooners and going to the KC Chiefs games with family and friends, coaching his son’s basketball and baseball teams and spending time with his two beautiful grandsons and friends and family.

Faron was proceeded in death by his parents Raymond Rourk and Neva Rourk

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all that knew and loved him.

A celebration of his life is scheduled for 1:00 pm Friday September 24, 2021, at Immanuel Baptist church in Blackwell Oklahoma 1600 s 13th. Pastor Matt Smith will be Officiating
