The services celebrating and honring the life of Harold R. Pinkston Sr., 81, of Manchester, Oklahoma will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday Octiber 04, 2019 in the Attica Cemetery, in Attica, Kansas. Full Military Honors will be conducted by the United States Navy Honor Guard.
He was born on April 11, 1938 in Pratt, Kansas to Hubert and Mary Pinkston and passed from this life on September 26, 2019 in Manchester, Oklahoma.
He was united in marriage to Bobby Cox on August 06, 1977. Harold worked for the City of Wichita, then went to work for Cesna Air Craft in Wichita, Kansas, then returned to the City of Wichita where he then retired from.
Harold was a United States Navy Veteran. Harold enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and skeet shooting. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa and a loyal friend.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two granddaughters, Rhonda Way and Carrie Rainey.
He is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Bobby Pinkston of the home in Manchester, Oklahoma, six daughters and three sons; LaRea Bennett, Sheri Saxton (Tim), Sandra Steele (Scott), Deanna Pope, Gary Cox (Angie), Ricky Cox ( Frances), Teresa Albert (Robert), Richard Stachura, Ann Barna, tweny-six grandchildren, forty-nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
